Nikki has been a professional makeup artist since 1998, but her love of makeup began at a young age. Even as a toddler she enthusiastically rummaged through any possible handbag searching for cosmetics, and she was often found playing with the treasures mined from Grandma's purse.

During her elementary school years, Nikki, sent off to class fresh-scrubbed, regularly applied a full face of makeup once she got to school, deftly removing it before returning home. Her mother was not amused. As the years passed, her sister and friends grew into willing models on which Nikki could practice her skills (there were some interesting looks during this period).

In 1998 Nikki landed her dream job in cosmetics at a San Diego department store, where she elaborated her talent through training and experience. She began the freelance work for weddings in which she now specializes, and she mastered a wide range of looks from the natural to the dramatic.

Her extensive skincare background has been honed through on-going education with Clinique, a leading skincare and cosmetics brand. Nikki is now an Accredited Master Consultant. Formal artistry training with Laura Mercier, a renowned makeup artist's cosmetic line, has further enhanced her skills as a makeup artist.

To Nikki, the application of makeup is an art form that draws out and enhances the unique beauty of every woman. With each of her clients, Nikki applies her experience and passion for the art to the visual actualization of the Ultimate You.
